He is personally involved with every aspect of the work, communicating directly with the work crews and his office all day. Michael is in charge of ordering all deliveries and materials along with picking the right crew every morning to ensure the proper experience. When Michael, the owner, came to look at the job, I said to him, "If you have to choose between functionality and cosmetics, choose functionality." He replied, "We strive for both." We expressed concerns we have had with previous contractors. Michael assured us that we'd be happy with his company's work. When we had questions on how the job was going to be done, Michael was quick to respond to us and thoroughly answered all of our questions. On the day of install, the crew was here at 9am. They worked quietly. We hardly knew they were out there. We have a tall building with a mansard roof, so this wasn't the easiest of jobs. The crew was careful not to damage the siding with their ladders. The roof forced them to use hangars. The crew did a great job of hiding the hangars, so they can't be seen from the ground. The tar paper they replaced with plywood and siding came out great. We were concerned it would look awkward, but they blended it with the existing siding beautifully. We've had issues with water around our building, and I purposely waited to write this review until AFTER a couple of rainfalls. We are very happy to report that our water issues have been solved! We would HIGHLY recommend Moore Construction!

Moore did a great job, in spite of particularly challenging weather conditions which included approximately 5 inches of rainfall in the middle of the project. Michael Moore, the owner, was extremely attentive and communicated with us regularly. Joan, the office manager, was very friendly and responsive to any and all inquiries. The job foreman, Luis, was on-site during much of the work and clearly explained the work being performed. Expectations were clearly communicated and achieved. From the detailed proposal to digital pictures of rotted wood which was replaced, everything was laid out both before and during the job. Every day of work, the crew was extremely professional. They showed up by 8:00 AM and routinely worked until well past 5:00 PM, never leaving until they had completely cleaned the job site, including checking neighbors' properties to ensure no nails or debris were left in their yards. In the interest of keeping good neighbors, we asked our neighbors if there were any problems from their perspectives, and both commented on the quality of the work and professionalism of the crew. One great advantage of Moore is the fact that the workers are employees of Moore and not subcontractors. The crew worked very efficiently and clearly operated as a well drilled team. They were very careful to protect landscaping and windows. We would recommend Moore to anyone looking to have any roofing done, especially if they have a flat roof. Moore has an expertise with flat roofs.

Needed to have the gutters replaced and had a few companies come out and look at the problem in June 2015. Moore Construction came out, looked around and provided via email and actual mail a detailed proposal. It took me a few months to get my act together and I contacted them in September to do the work. After answering all my silly questions (never one making me feel stupid) they provided me with a mutually acceptable date. Luis- the gentleman who did the initial review - arrived on time. They confirmed with me how I would like the down spout to work and they went right to work. As promised they did the work in one day. And they left the place cleaner than when they started. I found them to be really easy to work with. I don't think I will need gutters any time soon but I would recommend working them to anyone who asks. My neighbor even asked them to work on a project for him since he was impressed with their work. I, of course, am curious to see how it goes when it rains, but I am feeling very positive about it.
